​Deborah has over 30 years of successful sales leadership roles in the insurance and financial industry.   Having owned a brokerage firm specializing in investments and employee benefits and managing regional and national initiatives for major insurance providers has uniquely positioned her to provide the strategies and solutions necessary for employers and employees in diversified worksites across the country.

Throughout her career, Deborah has led the development and execution of strategies that positively influenced the buying and service experience of employers seeking to purchase voluntary or employer-funded benefit options.

Deborah is an LUTCF, MBA and recently completed her NBM from the University of Chicago.
